We work hard to get your order to you quickly, which means processing starts soon after you place it. Because of this, we can only cancel or make changes to unprocessed orders. Once your order is being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment, we’re unable to cancel or modify it—so please double-check your purchase details and shipping address before checking out.
For subscription orders
You have the flexibility to skip, change, or cancel future shipments any time before they’re processed. Simply log in to your account to make updates. Once a subscription order is processed, we can’t cancel or refund it, but you can still update your upcoming deliveries.
