How do I know when my next order will ship?Updated 3 months ago
Once you have logged into the customer portal the date of your next shipment will be shown on the main page. It will also provide you with options to send now, reschedule, or skip this upcoming shipment.
You can also select "view upcoming orders" which will display your next three order dates and options to edit or skip if necessary.
Note:
We process orders overnight and therefore ask subscribers to make any changes to their upcoming orders at least 24 hours in advance of your next shipment date.
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or edited anymore because it's already on its way to you.
