Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or “try before you buy.” This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
All order modifications or cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled recurring shipment. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they're processed by Shopify.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries on a recurring basis before the delivery ships to you.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you should cancel it before it automatically renews.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time by going to your Customer Portal here.
Our system processes orders automatically overnight, so we recommend making any subscription changes at least 24 hours before your next auto-ship date.
If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for previously paid subscription fees.
