We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy for all first-time purchases made on our site.
The terms of the Return & Exchange Policy are:
- Quick Summary: Our Return & Exchange Policy extends to all first-time purchases for 30 consecutive days from the day the first-time purchase product was delivered to you according to the tracking information from the shipping carrier..
- First-time purchases: Our policy covers all but only first-time purchases.. If a package delivered to you contains first-time purchase products and other products that you previously purchased from us, then the 30-day Return & Exchange Policy applies to only the first-time purchase products and not to the other products included in the package.
- Repeat purchases: Once a repeat order (i.e., an order for a product that is not a first-time purchase) is processed and shipped (either as part of a subscription or not), we cannot cancel it and will not accept returns. If you signed up for a subscription and do not want your next automatic order, please cancel or skip it at least 24 hours before it is scheduled to ship. The delivery schedule can be quickly managed in real time in your Customer Portal.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for 100% of the shipping costs of shipped and returned items. We offer a full refund on the total price that was originally paid, but not the fulfillment cost (flat fee of $9.99).
How to make a return in 4 short steps:
- If you wish to make a return, please message us via the Help Center with the subject 'Return' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions regarding where to send returned products. We strongly recommend customers get proof of postage and tracking information so we can confirm delivery of returned products. If we do not receive your returned products, then we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund.
- When the returned item is received and passes an inspection by our team, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you about the status of your return and your requested refund.
- Once your refund request is approved, then it will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after. We can only issue refunds back to the original form of payment.
