What is your Return/Refund Policy?Updated 10 months ago

Your satisfaction is important for us, so we offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy for all “first-time purchases” made on our site.  A “first time purchase” refers to a product that you purchase for the first time from us.  The terms of the Return & Exchange Policy are as follows:

  • Our Return & Exchange Policy extends to all first-time purchases for 30 consecutive days from the day on which the first-time purchase product was delivered to you according to the tracking information from the carrier that was used for shipment.  
  • Our policy covers all first-time purchases, but only first-time purchases. If a package delivered to you contains first-time purchase products and other products that you previously purchased from us, then the 30-day Return & Exchange Policy applies to only the first-time purchase products and does not apply to the other products included in the package that you previously purchased from us.
  • Once a repeated order (i.e., an order for a product that is not a first-time purchase product) is processed and ships (either as part of a subscription or not), we cannot cancel it and will not accept returns. Therefore, we ask subscribers not interested in receiving their next automatic order to cancel/skip it at least 24 hours before it automatically renews and ships. The delivery schedule can be monitored and managed in real-time on the customer portal.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for 100% of the shipping costs of shipped and returned items. We offer a full refund on the total price that was originally paid, excluding the fulfillment cost (flat fee of $9.99).
  • For returns, please message via the help center with the subject 'Return' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions regarding where to send returned products. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage and tracking information so we can track and confirm delivery of returned products.  If we do not receive your returned products, then we unfortunately will be unable to process a refund for your returned products and you will be required to bear the cost of the returned products.
  • When the returned item is received and passes an inspection conducted by us in our discretion, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you about the status of your return and your requested refund.
  • If your refund request is approved, then it will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after. We can only issue refunds back to the original form of payment.
