Can I cancel my subscription?Updated 4 months ago

Yes, you are able to cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting "Manage subscriptions". Depending on your specific needs we also have options to reschedule or skip upcoming shipments as well as modifying the overall frequency.

After selecting "manage subscriptions" it will then display any active or inactive subscriptions with the option to manage the specific selection.

You then have options to reschedule, skip, or change frequency of your upcoming shipments as shown below.

There is also an option to swap a different product for the upcoming orders. However, if you do wish to continue with a cancellation, simply scroll down and select "cancel subscription".

You will be provided with a confirmation screen with options to pause if this would be more beneficial for your current needs, or a confirmation to process a cancellation.

Note:
We process orders overnight and therefore ask subscribers to make any changes to their upcoming orders at least 24 hours in advance of your next shipment date
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or edited anymore because it's already on its way to you.
