How can I check the status of my order?Updated a day ago

When your order ships (both subscriptions and one-time purchases), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. 

Please check your spam/junk folder if you are not seeing an email from us.

You can also check your order status using our Track Order feature.

Step 1 – Access the Track Order Tool

Visit our Help Center and click the "Track Order" button.

Step 2 – Sign In

Enter the email address or phone number associated with your order.

Step 3 – Verify Your Account

You’ll receive a six-digit verification code via your chosen method (email or text). Enter this code to confirm your account.

Step 4 – View Your Order Details

Once signed in, you’ll see:

  • The status of your current order (e.g., “In Transit”)

  • Shipping and billing information

  • Options to track your package or report an issue


Important:

  • We process orders overnight. If you’re a subscriber, please make any changes to your upcoming order at least 24 hours before your next shipment date.

  • Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or edited as it’s already on its way to you.
