How can I check the status of my order?Updated a day ago
When your order ships (both subscriptions and one-time purchases), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you are not seeing an email from us.
You can also check your order status using our Track Order feature.
Step 1 – Access the Track Order Tool
Visit our Help Center and click the "Track Order" button.
Step 2 – Sign In
Enter the email address or phone number associated with your order.
Step 3 – Verify Your Account
You’ll receive a six-digit verification code via your chosen method (email or text). Enter this code to confirm your account.
Step 4 – View Your Order Details
Once signed in, you’ll see:
The status of your current order (e.g., “In Transit”)
Shipping and billing information
Options to track your package or report an issue
Important:
We process orders overnight. If you’re a subscriber, please make any changes to your upcoming order at least 24 hours before your next shipment date.
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or edited as it’s already on its way to you.
