How can I check the status of my order?Updated 3 months ago

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us that includes your order tracking number. 

Alternatively, you may go to the Track Order section of our Help Center, and sign in using your email address or the phone number associated with your order.



This will send you a six-digit code to the method you choose, please enter it to confirm the correct account information.


Now you will be able to see the status of your current order as well as shipping & billing information connected to the order. As you can see in the example below it is marked as "in-transit", and you have the ability to track or report an issue by clicking the applicable buttons.


Note:
We process orders overnight and therefore ask subscribers to make any changes to their upcoming orders at least 24 hours in advance of your next shipment date
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or edited anymore because it's already on its way to you.
