How do I update my address or payment details?Updated 3 months ago
You are able to update your address and billing details by logging into your account. Next you will see an option for "address and payment details" as shown below.
After clicking "address & payment details" you will be directed to options that enable you to update your information.
Note:
We process orders overnight and therefore ask subscribers to make any changes to their upcoming orders at least 24 hours in advance of your next shipment date.
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or edited anymore because it's already on its way to you.
