Sending, rescheduling, or skipping upcoming orderUpdated 3 months ago

We understand that many factors can affect the timing of your subscription and we offer multiple options to help meet your needs! 

  • After you activate your account, please proceed to Subscriber Login where you will enter your email and a code will be sent to you by sms and/or email to proceed.



  • Once you enter your code you will be logged into your personal customer portal. To modify the timing for your next order you can select from send now, reschedule, or skip.



  • By clicking "send now" your order will be processed immediately. Please note that no changes can be made to this shipment after this request. Please be sure any address, billing, or content changes are made prior to clicking "send now". 


  • To reschedule your next shipment please select "reschedule" and you will see the following menu to make the most applicable selection for your needs.


  • Life happens! If you need more time before your next order, no matter the reason, you can also select to skip your next order. This skips the processing/billing/shipping of your upcoming shipment and will resume at your next scheduled shipment date.


Note:
We process orders overnight and therefore ask subscribers to make any changes to their upcoming orders at least 24 hours in advance of your next shipment date
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or edited anymore because it's already on its way to you.
