We work hard to make sure our products arrive as fast as possible and aim to ship orders on the first business day after they are placed. However, delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose (standard or express) and your distance from our facility, among other factors. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and then again once your package has shipped. This second email will contain any tracking information you need to track your order.
Once the product is shipped, the carrier (UPS, USPS, or DHL) will update you with the tracking information.
If you encounter shipping issues after receiving an email from us indicating that your package has been shipped, we ask you to follow these steps:
- Check your email for tracking information. We send you an automated email with tracking information once the order is shipped.
- If your tracking information has not been updated with the carrier in a few days, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to verify the status.
- If your order was attempted to be delivered and failed, we ask that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to verify the status. There may be a mistake in the address provided or confusion regarding the drop-off location.
