What is your shipping policy?Updated a year ago

We work hard to make sure our products arrive as fast as possible and aim to ship orders on the first business day after they are placed. However, delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose (standard or express) and your distance from our facility, among other factors.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and then again once your package has shipped. This second email will contain any tracking information you need to track your order.

Once the product is shipped, the carrier (UPS, USPS, or DHL) will update you with the tracking information.

If you encounter shipping issues after receiving an email from us indicating that your package has been shipped, we ask you to follow these steps: 

  • Check your email for tracking information. We send you an automated email with tracking information once the order is shipped. 
  • If your tracking information has not been updated with the carrier in a few days, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to verify the status.
  • If your order was attempted to be delivered and failed, we ask that you contact the carrier with your tracking number to verify the status. There may be a mistake in the address provided or confusion regarding the drop-off location.

Shipping times:

  • Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days to be delivered to you after we ship (typically within 1 business day from the date of purchase). This depends on your proximity to our facility.
  • Express shipping takes approximately 2 business days to be delivered to you after we ship (typically within 1 business day from the date of purchase). This also depends on your proximity to our facility.
  • Shipping time is approximate and provided to us by the carrier.  It might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors. Please note that shipping to US territories like Guam and Puerto Rico may take longer than 7 business days.

Shipping cost:

  • Standard shipping is currently free for all orders. Express shipping is provided at $9.99. Shipping is also available to the United Kingdom for USD $14.99.  

Shipping destinations:

  • We currently ship only in the United States of America and the United Kingdom.

Carrier:

  • We work with the UPS, USPS, and DHL. We can't guarantee that your order will be delivered by any specific carrier. If you have a specific situation and can't have your order delivered in a certain way, we ask that you reach out to us before placing an order so we can work with you to try to accommodate your request.
