Why didn’t I receive my order reminder email?Updated 14 minutes ago

We know how important it is to get a heads-up before your order is processed. That’s why we send an order reminder email 3 days before each subscription order is charged.

If you didn’t see the reminder in your inbox, here are a few quick fixes that usually solve the issue:

1. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder

Sometimes email providers filter reminders by mistake. If you find us there, mark the email as “Not spam” to ensure future reminders land in your inbox.

2. Add us to your contacts

Adding our email address to your contacts list (or creating a filter to always allow our emails) helps ensure our reminders are delivered to your main inbox.

3. For Gmail users: Move emails to your Primary tab

If you use Gmail, our reminders may appear in the Promotions tab. You can tell Gmail to always send them to your Primary tab:

  1. Open the Promotions tab.

  2. Click and drag one of our emails onto the Primary tab.

  3. A pop-up will appear asking if you’d like to move all future messages from us to Primary.

  4. Click Yes to confirm.

4. Update your email address (if it’s changed)

If your subscription email address is no longer active, you won’t receive reminders. Please update your email through your Customer Portal or let us know here https://help.letsliveitup.com/en-US/contact us so we can update it for you.
